My Story

In January 2012 I moved my family to Montreal to join Ubisoft as the Assistant Art Director on Rainbow6. The project had been in development for a while prior to my arrival, a few months after the decsion was made to revamp the look of the game.

These images show the test environment we created to prove out the new look and the introduction of the realtime damage system, which you can see in the relased version of R6.

Artwork

After 6 months of being on Rainbow6 and a big management restructure I moved to Art Director for SplinterCell Blacklist multi player. The project was well underway and my primary role was to help get it finished. An audit and assessment of the art was the first step, resulting in one map being re-skinned as an Antarctic base.

As AD I worked closely with designers and concept artists to design characters, objects and environments.
